A room fit for a little lady...

We are busy around here getting things ready for little Charlotte. Last weekend we spent some time in her room getting things put together. It is not quite finished, we still have a rocking chair that will go in her room and some pictures to go on the walls but you will get the general idea! Here are just a few pictures...

Her name on the wall...John painted the letters!A place for a few toys!Her changing table...which still needs a changing pad! A closet full of clothes!
And a little something picked up by her daddy! We still have a few things to do but we are getting there! I have a baby shower coming up on Saturday, so I will have more pictures to come!!!

Baby on Board!

As most, if not all, of you know we are about to have a little girl in just a few short weeks. A lot of friends and family have been asking to see some preggo pictures so here we go!!!
Here is me at 29 weeks....as you can see I have grown!!! I will post some pictures in the next day or two of the baby's room. We are nearly ready for her arrival very shortly!!

Up the coast to visit my sister!!!

After leaving my parents, John and I took a drive up the coast to Salem to visit my sister Becky and her husband Chris. It was fun to drive up Hwy 101. We stopped at a few beaches along the way to smell the salt water and see the wonderful ocean! We even made a quick stop at one of the redwood parks near the coast. We found one heck of a sand castle at one of the beaches we stopped at. We even managed to stop at a beach to see the sun set....it was awesome! The next day we all took off to the beach again. We stopped at a great restaurant called "Moe's" If you are ever along the Oregon coast you must stop a Moe's it is the place to be! You must try the clam chowder!

Oregon Trip!

John and I took a trip out west and spent a little time in Oregon. We got to have a party/ reception to celebrate our wedding. It was great to introduce John to a bunch of extended family.

My friend from high school also got to come out. It was nice to see her and her two precious kids.

It was a lot of fun. We brought our pictures that we used as our sign in for our wedding. Everyone got to sign them...what a special keepsake!

John and I were able to spend a few day with my parents. We took a trip up to Crater Lake with my parents for the day. It was a lot of fun.

We stopped at Watson Falls on the way home and had lunch. It was a great place to have lunch!

It was a fun trip and it was wonderful to spend a few days with my folks.

Tea Party for the Ladies!!!

After the wedding the ladies had a wonderful tea party!!! My new nieces Elianna and Emma, Verna (John's mom), and Carmen all had a wonderful tea party in the garden one Sunday afternoon.

There were wonderful goodies made by the girls and even a special table for the teddy bears!!

There were of course, pretty hats and who could forget all the pretty ladies....

What a special time! Thanks ladies for a wonderful tea party!! You guys are awesome!!!
